Chip's, Garry wants to know are you really that bad (WP). Moi? Now you know I'm the soul of discretion. I eat everything put in front of me without complaint unless the Doggie doesn't eat it, then I wont. The doggie does not eat potatoes, pumpkin, parsnip, Brussels, cauliflower, cabbage or carrots. She DOES eat peas, so not being greedy I limit myself to 20 of them - I insist on an exact count. If I enjoy the meal my loving wife has prepared I compliment her, if I don't... I throw it over her and drop kick her down the back steps into the garden. So far I've just cleared the halfway mark. The only decent thing she's made in the last two weeks has been Pork Drippin'.

You really make him sign? Well it started out as a joke and still is bit BUT it is useful because sometimes he forgets that he likes something and when I say I'm going to cook it - he gets this look on his face ....... Attached here is an example ( clearly one of the times when I was doing weight watchers more diligently than usual ....) I also put my own notes about what a recipe was like Attachments:
