I couldn't copy and past e this so follow the link www.bestrecipes.com.au/recipe/Creamy-Garlic-Prawns-L608.htmlI can tell you these are the best garlic prawns I've ever had, even better than those in a restaurant. I pre cooked two thinly sliced onions amd added them to the the sauce with the prawns and then served the meal up with cheesy veg. This recipe produces a lot of delicious sauce, which really needs something to mop it up from the plate. In hindsight, some rice or a small portion of mashed potato would have done the job. I love garlic so instead of one clove, I used two teaspoons of crushed garlic. I used 750 gram of Australian King prawns which cost $14.50 to feed three adults, it could have been stretched to 4 people

mmmm and this is the only way I like prawns, and the more garlic the better. Unfortunately I would not get Garry to eat this as he doesn't like fish, but loves his garlic though.

Looks good. Just wondering what happened to the left over white wine?

Looks good. Just wondering what happened to the left over white wine? What was left in the saucepan and there was quite a lot, packed into a container and frozen for future use I used special sherry from my bulk stock.
