Super Swimmer! He just picked up his 7th gold medal at the Olympics. He now ties the 36 year old record set by Mark Spitz. He hopefully will win again tomorro and take number 8 to beat the record. Either way this young man has done a fantastic job and is showing young people what hard work and determination can do. He said that he was chasing his dream and thats what it takes to win. He also won a million dollars yesterday from one of his sponsors, Speedo, for the win.
I guess this means they won't be needing me to model their swim suits now-thats ok-Michael will be in high demand as a lifegaurd. There would be alot of ladies throwing themselves into the deep end of the pool to have him do the "rescue" lol-seriously, a proud moment for this man and Team USA!

I have to agree with you Rob and so do the commentators down-under, although I was a bit offended a couple of days ago when someone called him a freak.
He's a great sportsman and I hope he achieves his ambitions.... he's worked hard.

Chips, I hadn't heard that but so much of the time those that CAN'T do call those that CAN do names or other wise ridicule them.
