Don't even think of it Counter-terrorism police raided two homes because, in their words, "there are a couple of blokes who may have been thinking about doing something" ("Terrorism raid 'message"', May 17-18).
What a horrendous crime.
This sort of action by the police - treating someone who "may have been thinking about doing something" as a criminal - was shocking even when it occurred in Soviet Russia.
But in Australia?
The other day I may have been thinking about overthrowing the NSW Government, but I guess I shouldn't tell anyone that. I may have my house raided and end up in prison.

Thats OK I was to and guess what I think nasty thoughts about him now.
Howard should be charged with War Crimes no arguements he was an original war monger in the unlawful invasion of a soveriegn nation without the permission of the United Nations. That nation was not about to or capable of the immenent attack of any other nation as such there was no arguement that Australia or any other country could use the self defense clause of the "rules of war"
If Mr Howard is so sure that what he did is the right thing he shouldnt have any worries that he hasnt committed a crime and willingly submit himself for trial.
