Barbie dolls we used to have alittle tent and we'd set up elaborate "houses" inside that for our barbies and play endless games with them. Dressups
Roaming for hours by the creek - raiding the boys forts usually or talking to the boys over the at the boys home down the road.

My favourite thing to do when I was growing up. Well when we lived on the farm it was going to the beach or to the creek. I missed that when we moved. we used to play a lot of Back Yard Cricket, or even French Cricket. We also played games like monopoly. But I guess my favourite thing after we moved was to go exploring. We lived near a large pine plantation and we used to spend all day in there looking for new places to explore. There was the old car dump, the gap ( just a clearing in the pines, the washing machine dump and other places like the old church. None of these places exist any more, well the pines are still there but all the old spots are gone. I will always have memories of exploring the jungle looking for lions and tigers (Like Tarzan LOL) and being scared that maybe there realy were bears in there. Other things that stick in my mind are fireworks, climbing on the house roof (much to dads dismay) jumping off thew shed roof, jumping on the beds and watching the old black and white TV. No Nintendos, PS2s or Game Boys when I was a Kid. So I guess we just made are own fun, even though some of it was a bit dangerous, especially the bits involving guns. I dont think any animals were ever in danger though, we wern't that good lol. But we used to think we were big game hunters just like on the movies.
