Well didn't get around to having the Tandoori beef so that'll be a"carry over" for this week
Tonight we're having friends over so I'm doing a lamb roast in the BBQ Kettle.. That'll have lots of garlic and frsh rosemary - friend is bring potatoe bake so I'll do a nice garden salad as well.
For dessert, I'll toss berries in some sort of alcohol & pop them in a brandy snap basket with low fat icecream on top...
Spicy Chicken Skewers
Spaghetti Puttanesca
Chicken Parmagiana ( WW style)
Cherry Tomato & Ricotta Pizza ( thats a favourite )
Calamari with Spicy Sauce (trying a new one)
Now I just have to do the shopping - but not until I've eaten the left over Laksa for lunch mmmmmmmmmmmmm!

having had it both with and without sprouts, its nice both ways but the crunchy freshness of the sprouts just sets of the spiciness really well

This is quantity for 4 with a few of my own mods...
1 pckt frozen chopped spinach 4 medium chicken breasts 6 tbs parmesan cheese tomato pasta sauce 1 cup Potatoes per person - (depending on how much they eat ) steamed vegies eg carrots, snow peas whatever
Cook spinach as per packet instructions Microwave potatoes whole (prick with a fork) Combine spinach and parmesan. Cut a pocket in the chicken filets, coat lightly with olive oil spray. Push spinach mixture into the pocket Place on a tray lined with baking paper and cook at 200 C for around 20 mins or until cooked through.
Leave to rest for a couple of mins, slice in half to serve, drizzle with heated tomato sauce.
I put the microwaved potatoes in with chicken breasts as well to brown up the skin.
I also tried wrapping them in baking paper for first part of cooking so they would hold their filling / shape. Next time, I think I'll try string so they brown up a bit more

Okay is that spinach? See I'm too much of a picky eater to eat at anyone's house. LOL You wouldn't think I was such a finicky person if you saw some of the stuff that I eat, though. Stomachs, livers, hearts, tongues - all the good stuff. Yum.
I will say this Willow - looks to me like you are an excellent cook, even if I don't care for "some" of the ingredients. Bravo, it looks magnificent!

Chicken sounds great.
Question...are your chickens pure or washed with bleach and injected with 'broth' like ours are?
