Here that is oft a tradition of those that have special recipies that they are known for..
Personally lots ask that I make fudge for events as a treat food or special cakes..
Gifts in a Jars are easily enjoyed by many ?
With Christmas on folks minds as it creeps up.. do you engage in this activity ?

We have Fairs, trading tables, various events and fundraisers leading up to Christmas where you can sell and purchase home made gifts and sweets.
At work we always have staff bringing home made food/treats in for a couple of weeks before and up to Christmas to share with others. A special lunch the week before Christmas - staff take pride in preparing something very special for the lunch.
Staff also spend an evening together for Christmas.
And we have Secret Santa at work too.

I always have good intentions but usually end up at the shops - but Christmas dinner is always home cooked
