Thanks for the warm welcome, folks. The music links were great: Tony O'Connor is a new name for me who's sounding pretty good. The Seekers take me back to the sixties when I had a huge crush on Judith Durham - amazing voice. I've always thought of this particular number as an unofficial Australian National Anthem. Keeping with the Australian vibes - here's a great Aussie band that should have got much more recognition than they did... It is like Willow stated in a previous post, you certainly have good taste. The lead singer Jimmy Barnes I have seen in concert several times, and is a brilliant singer. Also I see you like Australian Crawl and Goanna, they are really good too. Have you heard of the band Midnight Oil, as they are brilliant as well. Savage Garden are also fantastic as well. Anyway welcome to the village and it is good to have you here.

My younger brother used to be executive chef in the Hyatt Regency in Melbourne.
I remember him telling me about a place called "Chasers" in Chapel Street, Melbourne. He said he saw many bands there.

Elected on the Enviromental ticket - hijacked by the Labor Party and gagged - he's been as useless as tits on a bull ever since.
