Snickers Bar cake
1 German chocolate cake mix 1/2 cup water 2 tbsp. flour 1 cup sugar 4 regular size snickers bars 1 cup milk 1 cup butter 1 tsp. vanilla
Mix cake mix according to box instructions and bake in a sheet cake pan. When the cake is done.... and is still cake warm, poke holes in the top with the handle of a wooden spoon. Melt snickers bars and 1/2 cup water in the microwave. Pour over the warm cake, The chocolate goes into the holes and the nuts will stay on top. Meanwhile, on medium heat, mix milk, flour and whisk until thick, like paste. Beat butter, sugar and vanilla until fluffy and then add the flour mixture. Whip and then use this as the frosting for the cake. .

This sounds delicious. Does the nationality of the chocolate cake mix matter?

This sounds delicious. Does the nationality of the chocolate cake mix matter? I'm guessing it's a Black Forest cake mix. (That makes even more decadent)

I use Duncan Hines, Pillsbury or Betty Crocker. What ever one is on sale, but I do like the ones with pudding in the mix.
