Garlic Lime Shrimp
1 c. butter 2 tbsp.fresh lemon juice 2 1/2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 2 cloves garlic minced 1 tsp. sugar 1 tsp.grated lime peel a pinch of cayenne .. or pepper to taste 10 jumbo or large uncooked shrimp in shells 2 tbsp. fresh or dried parsley
Melt butter over medium heat.. Mix in next 6 ingredients.. saute for 30 seconds add shrimp cook about 3 minutes till opaque turn occasionally.. stir in parsley.. serve over rice or pasta..

Sounds good. Funny how the North Americans call them shrimp while we call 'em prawns.

Homemade seafood sauce. I/3 tomato sauce 2/3 mayonaise, white pepper to taste, tabasco to taste.
Mix well. Yummy.
