I have tried Ginger Brew (Buderim Ginger) and it was yummy! The bottle though reads: Yank Style, does that mean you all in OZ drink the real thing then? It is really good! I like it. The bottle reads: ..."it has a sweet tangy taste that will remind you of your friends Down Under." Also, does anyone have a really good Shepard's Pie recipe for me? I am trying to find one via online...

ooh i just found this recipe on their web site - I am so gonna make this
Quick Ginger Beer Stew Ingredients: (makes 4 servings)
* 2 tablespoons plain flour * 1 bay leaf * 250mL of Bundaberg Ginger Beer * ¼ teaspoon black pepper * 450g of boneless pork loin - cut into ½ inch cubes * 1 teaspoon caraway seed * 250mL of chicken stock * 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley * 1 clove garlic - minced * 1 large onion - peeled and sliced ½ inch thick * 2 teaspoons packed brown sugar * 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar * ½ teaspoon salt * 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
Method: 1. Coast port with combined flour, salt, and pepper. 2. Heat oil in Dutch oven, brown meat over medium heat. 3. Add onions and garlic, cook and stir 5 minutes. 4. Stir in remaining ingredients, bring to a boil. 5. Cover and cook over medium-low heat for 40 minutes or until meat is tender.
