He isn't going anywhere in a hurry. What a disgraceful person he is. And as far as his wall goes.... he should go on a hunger strike and chain himself to the White House gates until he gets what he wants!!!!

I agree with you. If Democrats don't get him indicted, there will be massive votes for progressives and liberals, for sure. We've been controlled by radicalized religious zealots and rich white men for too long. The idea of Trump chaining himself to the gates seems nice. The democrats and republican majority will NOT give him his wall; and the guy will get mighty hungry. How are you Epi?

Congrats on the retirement. Have you returned to any hobbies? This has been a holiday with the grandchildren off to babysit them . They tire me out now much more than usual. Do you guys have a guaranteed retirement plan in Australia?

Do you guys have a guaranteed retirement plan in Australia? Well there is Compulsory Superannuation and for those who do not have enough of that there is the Government Pension, and of course the Seniors Discount Card to go with it. However the Government pension is nothing to get excited about but it does exist.

That's what our Social Security is, although republicans have all but made Social Security (the retirement fund we contribute to along with employers) so small it would be hard to try to live on it. Medicare, our insurance, needs so much in privatized health care, it is not worth using. I supplement my health care with the VA, Veterans Health Care, as I was in the Navy when I was very young. I was a radioman. I took MOrse code and all it did was destroy my dancing. I kept trying to interpret the beat into a code....hahaha..no lie....

In all the forums I've visited I can't say that I've ever seen anyone having a good word to say for President Trump.... ......but then he got voted in, so surely he must have some supporters somewhere...
I retired 4 years ago and wouldn't go back to work if you paid me...... In the UK we get a state pension which is supposed to be inflation-protected. It's enough to exist on but not much more. There are private pension schemes which is ok if you were able to make significant contributions during your working life. Our Nation Health Service is pretty good so most people do not have private health insurance but is also a huge money-pit swallowing a significant portion of our taxes.
