Baked Ravioli
1 (26 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce (use your favorite) 1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes, undrained 2 15oz cans tomato sauce 2 (1 pound) pkgs frozen meat ravioli, you DO NOT have to thaw 1 (7 ounce) pkg Three Cheese Italian Blend shredded cheese 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
Heat oven to 400º.
Mix spaghetti sauce, tomatoes and tomato sauce. Spoon about 1 cup into the bottom of a 13×9 baking pan.
Layer half the ravioli then 1 cup shredded cheese over sauce on the bottom. Then layer rest of sauce then rest of ravioli. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Cover with aluminum foil.
Bake for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake 15 minutes more or until ravioli is heated through.
Sprinkle with Parmesan and let stand for 10 minutes
Makes 8 servings.
