Today Ive learnt that there is only so much of the introduction to "Smoke on the Water", the whole of Hot Cross Buns and 3 blind mice played on a guitar, that i can take. That makes you normal, well as normal as anyone here gets LOL

Today ive learnt that my daughter seems to be listening to her heart and not her head. I thought most teenagers did that, some never seem grow out of it.

This past week I've learnt that I don't have Coeliac disease, thyroid problems and I'm not anaemic I am however, classed as Pre-Diabetic, which basically means that in around 2+ years if I don't alter something in my life then I may become diabetic fully. Today I also learnt that I have hundreds of gall stones (to quote the chap who scanned me tonight).

It's good to hear what you haven't got. I currently "manage" two staff at work who are diabetic. One is stage two & takes tablets (and the way he is going will be injecting in a matter of months) and the other is on insulin. I can only recommend you do try to alter something in your life because the alternative isn't pretty.
Good luck with those gall stones.

To be honest Epi, the odds are stacked against me anyway with regards to the diabetes. My mother and dad are both diabetic, so was my nanny and my cousin has been insulin dependent since he was about 10years old. My half brother is also borderline diabetic as well.
