250gm tasty cheese of your choice 250gm tasty cheese of your choice (different from above) 250gm tasty cheese of your choise (different from above) 1 jar of taco sauce - let your taste buds decide how hot you should go At least 1 bag of CC's or Dorito's
The choice is yours and it depends on what you like. When this recipe was given to me one of the cheeses was Mozzarella. However, Mozzarella makes the cheese mix very stringy and with kids eating it, it can be very messy. My sister doesnt use Mozzarella she usually picks 3 normal tasty cheeses. Also the recipe was for a blandish chip not something with lots of flavour.
Cut all 3 blocks of cheese into 1 inch cubes and place in Microwave safe dish Heat in microwave for 5 minutes stopping intermittently to stir
Mix in Taco sauce and cook for a further 5 minutes in microwave, stopping intermittently to stir
When cooking time is up mix ingredients again and serve hot

Three cheese mix... Yummy It would probably be very favourable except for one thing - I can't stand corn chips, I've placed them in the same category as pasta dishes, soy milk and potato bakes - 'Woman Food.'

When all three cheeses are melted and mixed together surely you would end up with a single flavour cheese. So why not use one decent cheese.
