my yorkshire puddings never turn out right they always taste the same but i just cant get them light and fluffy, they are always stodgy. I used to only ever eat yorkshire pudding with jam on top even if we had with a roast dinner i did not like it with gravy. but then i met my husband and his parents cookes roast dinner with yorkshire and i was to embarrased to ask for jam so ate it with gravy. i am now converted i only put jam on my yorkshire if there is one left in the tray and thats my dessert.
