Load the picture onto your computer and save.
1 Open your 'Accessories' Program.
2. Open the 'Paint' Program
3. Select 'File'
4. Select 'Open'
5 Click on Picture you wish to change.
6. Click 'Open.'
7. Select 'Image'
8. Select 'Stretch/Skew'
9. Reduce/Increase the % in both boxes. eg: From 100% to 50% to decrease... 100% to 150% to increase.
10. Click on 'OK'
(To fit the forum... the picture should be about 2/3rds across the 'Paint' screen.)
Keep readjusting size until you are happy... always ensure you use the same % rate in both boxes.
11. Open 'File'
12. Select Save/Save As. At this point you can also save your picture in a different format, eg; BMP to JPEG which reduces the size of the file even further.
Your picture has now been saved in the new size.
Go to your picture host and upload, then download to the forum in the usual manner.
It wouldn't hurt to practice your skills with an old picture until you become accustomed to the controls.
