Australian customers will have to stump up almost double the US price for some versions of Microsoft's new Windows 7 operating system that arrived in Australian stores

What I want to know is "Did Australia get a better version of Windows 7 than the US did, if not why are we paying twice as much?" Over the years I have come to realise we are paying up to ten times more than other countries for the same software.

It happens all the time Paul, we pay more for Books, DVD Movies, Games and computer software. Some times ten times more.
